Can I make changes to my order before it ships? We will make every effort to accommodate changes to an existing order. Please emails us at info@remausa.com

Can I cancel my order before it ships? We will make every effort to accommodate an order cancellation request. If your tank is customized, we cannot honor a cancellation. Please make sure you check all your tank fitting sizes to see if they match your current setup. Our tanks are made to our specs, but we can customize.

Production

How quick will my order ship? Most orders for return tanks have about a 1 week lead time. Orders for small parts will ship within 1-2 business days.

Can I customize my return tank? Yes you can. Best to contact us at info@remausa.com to discuss customizations. An example of a customization may be a larger fitting for the vent or return coupling or an additional fitting for a chemical feed or thermometer.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept? American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal. Diners Club, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay.

Why was I charged tax? Unfortunately, we have no control over taxes that are charged. Taxes are added automatically and charged based on shipper location or destination.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Most items purchased through Rema LLC are returnable within 30 days. Items must be new and unused and will be inspected before issuing a refund. Items will be inspected upon return. Items such as return tanks cannot be returned if they are hooked up and used. Only exception is that in the small chance there is a leaking tank. The cost of returning merchandise is at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise discussed with Rema LLC.

How do I make a return/exchange?
Please contact us at info@remausa.com to initiate a return. You will be issued a Return Reference # and return details.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at info@remausa.com along with a photo of the damaged package or item. Please include your order number.
